| The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City will receive bids for the Romney Plaza/Phillips Plaza and City Plaza Energy Upgrades until 3:00 P.M. Mountain Standard time on the 18th day of February, 2010, at 1776 South West Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Documents may be obtained at the office of Harold P. Woodruff Architect/Planner, 223 East 800 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. There is a refundable fee of $100.00 for each set of documents. |

Salt Lake City, Ut 84115 is seeking bids to provide landscape maintenance services for our properties located in Salt Lake City.
SCOPE OF WORK
Mowing – Weekly mowing of all complexes to include picking up grass clippings
Line Trimming – Weekly
Edging– All complexes on a bi-weekly basis
Hard Edging - Monthly on all properties
Walkways – Blow off cut grass from sidewalks, parking areas and drives
Pick-Up – Pick up all trash prior to mowing |
