INVITATION
FOR BIDS
The Housing Authority of Salt
Lake City will receive bids for the Romney Plaza/Phillips Plaza and
City Plaza Energy Upgrades until 3:00 P.M. Mountain Standard time on
the 18th day of February, 2010, at 1776 South West Temple,
Salt Lake City, Utah 84115, at which time and place all bids will be
publicly opened and read aloud.
Documents may be obtained at
the office of Harold P. Woodruff Architect/Planner, 223 East 800 South,
Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. There is a refundable fee of $100.00 for
each set of documents.
A satisfactory bid bond shall
be submitted with each bid. Satisfactory performance and payment bond
or bonds will be required. Payment of not less than the minimum salaries
and wages as set forth in the specifications must be paid on this project.
Verification of Compliance with Section 1605 of the American Recovery
and Reinvestment Act of 2009 is required.
A prebid review of the project
will be held on the 4th of February, 2010 at
9:00 A.M. starting at the Romney Plaza project
site, 475 East 900 South, Salt Lake City, Utah All bidders are encouraged
to attend.
